Winchester Federal Savings and Loan Association was
chartered in 1934 during the Great Depression to promote
thrift and home ownership for everyone. We gave our first
loan January 14, 1935 on a house that was built on
Pendleton Street. The loan was for $1,200 with a payment
of $12 per month. While costs have changed, our purpose
has remained the same - people helping people.
We think our approach is unique. We want to discuss what you
need - not the product of the week. We want to get to know you
and build a relationship that lasts for generations. We work hard
to build your trust and confidence - that's something we don't take
lightly. We strive to not only meet your expectations, but exceed them.
Winchester Federal Bank is a Member FDIC and an Equal Housing Lender.
